We want your Auryn Jewelry order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping.
1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Made-to-order items: Some pieces are crafted to order, which may add up to 5 additional business days to processing time. If your order includes a made-to-order item, your total processing time may be up to 8–10 business days. We’ll keep you informed by email.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- International: varies by destination
Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- Standard items (US): 5–10 business days
-Made-to-order items (US): 10–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
4. Duties & Taxes
All prices on our Site are inclusive of any applicable duties and taxes. You will not be charged any additional import fees, customs duties, or hidden costs upon delivery — regardless of where you are located. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through the tracking page on our website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us at contact@aurynjewelry.com and we’ll look into it.
6. Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@aurynjewelry.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order and find a solution.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
8. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.
