We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. That’s why all Auryn Jewelry products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

1. What’s Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship that arise under normal use. This includes:

- Stones that become loose or fall out due to a faulty setting
- Clasps or closures that fail under normal use
- Plating that peels, flakes, or discolors prematurely
- Structural defects such as breakage not caused by impact or misuse

If your piece has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

2. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear. Over time, all jewelry experiences gradual changes such as minor scratches, fading, or tarnishing. These are natural and are not considered defects.
- Damage from misuse or mishandling. This includes impact damage, bending, crushing, or exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, or saltwater.
- Third-party repairs or alterations. Any repair, resizing, or modification performed by a third party voids the warranty, as we cannot guarantee their craftsmanship.
- Accidental damage or loss. We do not cover items that have been lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged.
- Gemstone replacements. If a stone is lost or damaged due to wear or impact (not a faulty setting), replacement is available for a fee. We’ll provide a quote before proceeding.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, email us at contact@aurynjewelry.com with:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of what happened

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a repair or send a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will either repair the defective item or replace it with the same or a comparable piece of similar value. If the original item is no longer available, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

5. Caring for Your Jewelry

To keep your Auryn Jewelry looking its best and to extend its life:

- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products
- Store pieces individually in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box
- Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth

Proper care helps preserve your pieces and ensures they stay beautiful for years to come.
