Return & Refund Policy

At Auryn Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellations

Please note: we process and fulfill orders quickly. Once your order is being prepared or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has not yet entered processing, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at contact@aurynjewelry.com. We’ll confirm whether your order is still eligible and issue a full refund if so.

If your order is already being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to stop it. In that case, you’ll receive the item and can return it under our return policy below.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You’re welcome to return it after delivery.

2. Returns

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Sale items, custom/personalized items, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@aurynjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We’re happy to help with exchanges. Email us and we’ll arrange it for you. For exchanges, you only pay the shipping cost — no additional charges (provided the new item is of approximately equal value).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Please note:

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@aurynjewelry.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

For defective items, we offer a free replacement of the same item or a comparable item of similar value. Refunds are not available for defective items — we stand behind our products and want to make it right with a replacement you’ll love.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or card issuer — there is often a processing delay
- If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, contact us at contact@aurynjewelry.com

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
