For nearly three decades, that's exactly what we did. We handcrafted every piece with real 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, and genuine VVS1 moissanite. We never cut corners. We never used cheap plated metals or fake stones. We put everything into the jewelry — not into billboards and celebrity deals.

But the world changed. The big chains got bigger. The online giants got faster. And a small family brand like ours? We just couldn't keep up. Not with their budgets.

Is this a real closing sale?

Yes. After 27 years, Auryn is closing its doors for good. Every piece in our collection is the last one we'll ever make. We're not restocking, and we're not reopening. When the last piece sells, that's it.

What are your pieces made of?

Real 18K gold vermeil (that's a thick layer of real 18K gold over solid 925 sterling silver — not cheap gold plating), and genuine VVS1 moissanite — all GRA-certified. We never use cheap plated metals or fake stones. Therefore all our items are hypoallergenic. Every moissanite piece comes with its GRA certificate right in the box.

What's your return policy?

You have 100 days to return any piece for a full refund — no hassle, no runaround. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the same goes for exchanges. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 8 business days. Not sure about a size? Reach out before you order — we're happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. US delivery takes another 4–6 business days after that. Some pieces are custom made to order — these may need up to 5 additional business days of crafting time before shipping. You'll get tracking information as soon as your order leaves us — no guessing, no wondering

Is moissanite the same as a diamond?

Moissanite is a real gemstone — not a fake diamond. It actually has more brilliance and fire than a diamond (2.69 refractive index vs. 2.42), and scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond is 10). Even jewelers have trouble telling the difference. The main difference? The price. You get the same sparkle without the diamond markup.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

We offer free size exchanges. Check our ring size guide before ordering, and if it doesn't fit perfectly, we'll swap it for the right size at no extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Will my jewelry come with a certificate?

Yes. Every moissanite piece comes with a GRA certificate confirming the stone's authenticity, cut, clarity, and carat weight. It's included right in the box.

Is there a warranty?

Every Auryn piece comes with a lifetime warranty. If anything ever goes wrong — even years from now — we'll make it right. We've stood behind our jewelry for 27 years, and that doesn't stop just because we're closing.

Are your products lead-free and safe to wear?

Yes — all our pieces are made with real 18K gold vermeil over solid 925 sterling silver. No brass, no nickel, no lead — just clean, pure materials. Everything we make is hypoallergenic and safe to wear every day, even for sensitive skin.
